Policy on Non-voting Members in the Long Bay Fly Fishers

We will have a category of non-voting members  as either Associate, or Honorary member.  Persons in this category of non-voting members cannot be a club director, club officer or have any vote or say in club actions.  They can be assessed dues or recognized in this category for their support and/or contributions to the club.

Non voting Members are not required to pay club dues but may only be granted such status for one club meeting per year by the club President. 

This policy may be modified through the Board.  Thiis category of non-voting members not only have no vote but also no voice in the operation of the club.  Basically they can attend events and support the activities of the club.

Associate Members - Non voting members. Have never been members. 

Honorary Members - Non voting members.  Have been former members and will remain on the mailing list.  May resume membership.
